We maintain a historical log of your orders so that you have access to and can review your historical purchases.

As part of our order fulfillment processs we may export encrypted ordered item data (without your personal details apart from a Xero ID) to the Xero website to manage invoicing. Within the Xero system, we maintain a separate list of customers that we link to our database by ID alone. Within Xero, we then carry out invoicing tasks.
We retain your data until we deem it is no longer required or needed for our use of order fulfillment. Essentially this means indefinitely or until you either explicitly end being a customer or you request the data is removed.
You have a legal right to request access or request deletion of the data. Contact us with an explanation of what and why and we will fulfill all reasonable and lawful requests.
